Kallison & Dakota were married on August, 17th 2019 at Avalon Legacy Ranch in McKinney. While their day was hot it was full of so much love & passion. I have never met two people that wear their hearts on their sleeves like these two do. They were surrounded by their closest friends & family to witness them become one!

Kallison dress was nothing like I have seen before. From the lace to the strand of beading on the back of her dress, it will definitely be a favorite of mine for years to come! During their first look I don’t think that there was dry eye between Kallison & Dakota. It was such a special moment that I am so glad that I was apart of! I will admit I was crying behind my camera, trying not the lose it LOL! Their ceremony was just as special because Dakotas grandfather was the officiant for it. That in itself is so memorable & I am so glad that they will have these images to remember that moment for many many years to come! After the ceremony we took amazing portraits during sunset then we partied the night away!

It was such an honor to be their wedding photographer & I have gained friends for life now! I wish them nothing but the best on this next journey of their lives!

Congratulations again Mr & Mrs. Lee!

Mr & Mrs. Hellums

When Hayley first emailed me I was so excited to find out that I was one of her first vendors that she was booking. She said ‘she knew she needed me as their photographer’. That is itself is the biggest compliment I think anyone can ever tell a photographer. I officially didn’t meet Hayley until her bridal session a few weeks before her wedding! However, I felt like I knew her my whole life & couldn’t wait for the wedding after her bridal session!

During her bridal session, we were talking about her wedding venue that she worked at & come to find out that it was a famous house from the ’70s because of its history! Me being the person I am & loving crime stories/shows I had to learn more about this house. Well, it was Cullen Davis house – he is famous for 2 murders & other crimes that he was completely acquitted for. I found this so interesting & honestly just wanted to explore the whole house. Stonegate mansion has since turned into one of the coolest/beautiful venues I have ever seen. There are so many amazing places for portraits & the ceremony/reception hall lighting is everything to me. So much natural light beams through the floor to ceiling windows.

Hayley & Ryan’s wedding was one for the books. Her attention to detail really killed the game. From her floral centerpieces to her wedding dress. Their day was filled with so much love to last a lifetime. I have never seen such a full ceremony/reception, I don’t think there was an empty chair in sight.  Hayley really wanted to have a clean style with the bridal party so the bridesmaids wore black & the men wore all black tuxes, can you say ELEGANT. That’s exactly how I would describe their whole day, elegant. Their reception was popping all night & no one wanted to leave at the end of the wedding. That is what I call a wedding for the books! Congratulations, again you two! I hope you two are enjoying married life to its fullest!

– xoxo Hannah

Do ever meet someone & immediately say, yeah we are going to become great friends.. not good BUT GREAT. Yeah, that’s how I felt when I first met Whitney & Ben. When we first started talking about meeting for their consultation I suggested that we met at a Starbucks & Whitney was like uhhh do you mind if we go for ice cream instead… I stared at that email for a good 5 minutes & said ‘yeah I can already tell we are going to get along’. The night of the meeting came & I got there early as I do & I saw them pull up & I saw Whitney turn to Ben & she said ‘i think that’s her, what do we do’. Their consultation was just talking about how these two met, their love story & eating ice cream. We literally barely talked about packages or details. I got an email from Whitney not even 10 minutes after we left stating they wanted to book me.

Whitney & Ben met online when Whitney sliiiiiidd into Ben’s DM like a BOSS. Ben then took her out to Olive Garden for their first date & I mean who doesn’t love Olive Garden. Then the rest is basically history. When I asked Whitney when she knew she was going to marry Ben she said Pretty early on in our relationship. He just always took care of me and everything he did has so much love behind it.’ Cue tears. When I asked Ben when he knew he was going to marry Whitney he said ‘It was when I first told her I loved her during a weekend trip to San Antonio while we were eating at a restaurant on the river walk. She had already said I love you a couple of months before and I knew if she was as patient, considerate, and able to put up with my shit to that point she had to be the one.” CUE MORE TEARS.  These two are so in love & I am so excited to be celebrating with them come February of 2020!

Congrulations you two – This year is going to fly by then it will be your turn to become Mr & Mrs. I am so grateful that you two have chosen me to be on this journey with you!

XOXO – Hannah

Hannah got married early December and I am so excited to finally be catching up on blogs because I get to blog her bridal session! The only bad part of her session was the rain – but other than that her session was L-I-F-E. Hannah’s dress will be one of my favorites for probably ever, the lace detailing and the veil oh that veil! I am so honored that Hannah choose me to be her photographer thought their whole wedding process! Congratulations again Hannah & Joey – Watch out for their wedding blog coming soon!

Raven & Chad

Would you believe me if I told you a tornado was supposed to hit the area Raven & Chad’s wedding was supposed to be at?! Well by the grace of God the Skys opened up and it was sunny for a moment during their ceremony! Ravens vision of her wedding came to life in the reception hall with her touches of rose gold & maroons! I love that Chad made her centerpieces, it just made her details that much more special! I also personally love their sign in table – they had their guitar as their guest book how unique is that?! Another detail that I love is that Chads mom made the cakes and let me say they were sooo GOOD! Chad told me at their engagement session that he wasn’t going to cry when he saw Raven but I knew he would and of course he did! Their sand ceremony touched everyones hearts became they all became one family! Their reception was a party in itself – the dance floor was never empty! I am so honored that I was hired to become their wedding photography because I gained two amazing friends for life out of it! I cant wait to see where their new journey takes them! Mr & Mrs. Seaman

Every girl dreams of her dream wedding for a long time, well that is no different for Gabby! She told me she had been dreaming of her wedding since she was a little girl & when she met Nick she knew he would make them all come true. From her venue to her flowers her wedding day was absolutely perfect! You would have never know it started to rain as soon as we started their portraits if I didn’t just tell you that. Their ceremony was perfect from Nicks reaction to seeing Gabby walk down their aisle to the lighting during the ceremony to the rainbow while we were taking their pictures! When the rain finally passed we got to sneak them out for a more portraits of just them two after that their dance floor was never empty, their wedding guest knew how to wedding! I knew I wanted to blog this wedding from the moment I started editing it. Gabby & Nick have become more than clients to me they have become friends & I will Cherish them forever. I am so honored that she choose me out of all the photographers she could have chosen from to be her wedding photographer. Their day was truly perfect! Danielle & Justin

Fiction Coffee House, Dallas Engagement Session, Hannah Hays Photography, 2019 Bride

When I first met Danielle & Justin we immediately clicked. I knew before they even hired me I was going to be their wedding photographer. Their style and vibe just matched my personality 100%! When we were talking about their engagement session we all knew we wanted to do something different then nature. Danielle brought up a coffee house engagement session and I WAS SO DOWN. It was different and not what I was used to and I just wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone and it just matched their personalities so it made sense! We met at Friction coffee house in Dallas on a very chilly Sunday morning but these two didnt let the cold stop them, they even brought their long boards, their engagement session was such a BLAST! The way Justin looks at Danielle makes my heart melt & the way Danielle is just so smitten by Justin. I am so excited that I am their Photographer and I get to become their friend throughout this whole journey! Shoutout to Ammie who hooked us up!
